The only real reason to take a knee

Take a little trip to Valley Forge in January. If you don't know where that is, just Google it from the sidelines. Hold a musket ball in your fingers and imagine it piercing your flesh and breaking a bone or two. There won't be a doctor or trainer to assist you until after the battle, so just wait your turn.Take your cleats and socks off to get a real experience. Then take a knee.

Then, take one at the beach in Normandy where man after American man stormed the beach, even as the one in front of him was shot to pieces...the very sea stained with American blood. The only blockers most had were the dead bodies in front of them, riddled with bullets from enemy fire.

Take a knee in the sweat soaked jungles of Vietnam. from Khe San to Saigon...Anywhere will do. Americans died in all those jungles. There was no playbook that told them what was next, but they knew what flag they represented. When they came home, they were protested as well..and spit on for reasons only cowards know.

Take another knee in the blood drenched sands of Fallujah in 110 degree heat..Wear your Kevlar helmet and battle dress...Your number won't be printed on it unless your number is up! You'll need to stay hydrated but there won't be anyone to squirt Gatorade into your mouth. You're on your own.

There's a lot of places to take a knee. Americans have given their lives all over the world. When you use the banner under which they fought as a source for your displeasure, you dishonor the memories of those who bled for the very freedoms you have. That's what the red stripes mean. It represents the blood of those who spilled a sea of it defending your liberty.

While you're on your knee, pray for those that came before you, not on a manicured lawn striped and printed with numbers to announce every inch of ground taken...but on nameless hills and bloodied beaches and sweltering forests and bitter cold mountains...every inch marked by an American life lost serving that flag you protest.

No cheerleaders, no announcers, no coaches, no fans...just American men and women...delivering the real fight against those who chose to harm us...blazing a path so you would have the right to "take a knee."

You haven't an inkling what it took to get you where you are...but your "protest" is duly noted. Not only is it disgraceful to a nation of real heroes, it serves the purpose of pointing to your ingratitude for those who chose to defend you under that banner that will still wave long after your jersey is retired...

If you really feel the need to take a knee, come with me to church on Sunday and we'll both kneel before Almighty God. We'll thank him for preserving this country for as long as He has. We'll beg forgiveness for our ingratitude for all He has provided us. We'll appeal to Him for understanding and wisdom. We'll pray for liberty and justice for all...because He is the one who provides those things.

But there will be no protest. There will only be gratitude for His provision and a plea for His continued grace and mercy on the land of the free and the home of the brave. It goes like this...

What does love mean?

Slow down for three minutes to read this.
A group of professional people
posed this question
to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds ,

'What does love mean?'

The answers they got were broader, deeper,
and more profound than anyone could have ever imagined !
See what you think:

'When my grandmother
got arthritis , she couldn't bend over and paint
her toenails anymore.. So my
grandfather does it for her all the time , even
when his hands got arthritis too. That's love.'

Rebecca- age 8

'When someone loves you , the
way they say your name is different.
You just know that your name
is safe in their mouth.'

Billy - age 4

'Love is when a girl puts on perfume
and a boy puts on shaving cologne
and they go out and smell each other.'

Karl - age 5

'Love is when you go out to eat
and give somebody most of your French fries
without making them give you any of theirs.'

Chrissy - age 6

'Love is what makes you smile
when you're tired.'

Terri -
age 4

'Love is when my
mommy makes coffee for my daddy and
she takes a sip before giving it to him , to
make sure the taste is OK.'

Danny - age 8

'Love is what's in the room with
you at Christmas if you stop opening presents
and just listen.'

Bobby - age 7

'If you want to learn to love better ,
you should start with a friend who you hate. '

Nikka - age 6
(we need a few million more Nikka's on
this planet)

'Love is when
you tell a guy you like his shirt,
then he wears it everyday.'

- age 7

'Love is like a little
old woman and a little old man who are still
friends even after they know each other so

Tommy - age 6

'During my piano recital , I was
on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the
people watching me and saw my daddy waving and

He was the only one doing that.
I wasn't scared anymore.'

Cindy - age 8

'My mommy loves me
more than anybody
You don't see anyone else
kissing me to sleep at night.'

Clare - age 6

'Love is when Mommy
gives Daddy the best piece of chicken.'

Elaine-age 5

'Love is when Mommy
sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and
still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford.'

Chris - age 7

'Love is when your puppy licks
your face even after you left him
alone all day.'

Mary Ann - age 4

'I know my older sister loves me
because she gives me all her old clothes
and has to go out and buy new ones.'

Lauren - age 4

'When you love somebody , your
eyelashes go up and down and little
stars come out of you.' (what an image)

Karen - age 7

'Love is when Mommy
sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn't think
it's gross..'

Mark - age 6

'You really shouldn't say
'I love you' unless you mean it.
But if you mean it,
you should say it a lot. People forget.'

Jessica - age 8

And the final one:

The winner was a four year old child
whose next door neighbor was an
elderly gentleman who had recently lost his

Upon seeing the man cry , the
little boy went into the old
gentleman's yard , climbed onto his
lap , and just sat there.

When his
Mother asked what he had said to the
neighbor , the little boy said ,

'Nothing , I just helped him cry'

Texture - Unlimited Access To 200+ Digital Magazines - Free Trial

Before I get into details, you can start your free trial here.

Texture is best described as the Netflix of magazines: It's an app that, for a monthly fee, gives you all-you-can-read access to a large library of digital magazines.   You get over 200 of today's most popular magazines on one app.   You can even download them for offline use later.

Texture now places a bigger emphasis on individual articles, as opposed to just whole issues. For starters, there's a "New & Noteworthy" section, curated by human editors behind the scenes. That same team also puts together "Curated Collections," groups of stories around a theme -- say, the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. On the other hand, you can be a curator too, and save stories to your own collections. In that respect, Next Issue's new approach reminds me not just of Netflix, but Spotify too. I could, if I wanted, listen to the same songs on repeat or read the same two fashion magazines. Or, I could avail myself of playlists (collections) curated by humans with good taste. I like that I can do both.

To be clear, you can still mark whole magazines as your favorites and set the app to automatically download new editions as they come in. But Next Issue, which is owned by a handful of traditional media companies like Conde Nast, knows that nowadays people are used to getting their news on Twitter, web logs and Facebook. To the extent that you're used to just clicking on random links, it was important to Next Issue that Texture look a little like a home page. And indeed it does.

Also like a regular news site, there's a built-in search feature that gives you access to an archive of more than 15,000 back issues and 500,000 stories, which you can read separately from their original issues. So, if I typed in the word "marathon", I'd see articles not just from Runner's World, which I subscribe to, but also Running Times, which I never read. That's obviously good for publishers, which want to gain new readers. (Next Issue Media pays them based on how much time readers spend reading their stories, so there's an incentive to reach more people if possible.)

But this design is good for me too: If we're going to continue comparing Texture to Netflix, then it's worth pointing out that one of the things that makes Netflix so appealing is the way it helps us discover new stuff. If Netflix is great because of its algorithm, and cable TV is great because of its TV guide, then Texture is compelling because it can point me toward things I wouldn't have read otherwise .

Here is a brief list of the few of the many magazines that are offered:

Finally, once again you can start your free trial here.

Ways to Save Money: Gift Card Granny

I will be adding another series of the many variety of things to my Blog, this time is Ways to Save Money.

What is Gift Card Granny?  Well, in short, it is website that posts discounted gift cards found across the web.  Even shows the cards that are currently for sale on eBay.

Save up to 72% on more than 135,000 discount gift cards from your favorite brands. Granny knows best!  Currently the websites has 337,878 gift cards on sale.  Also every major (non Mom and Pop) stores is on there, including online stores.

Company Overview

Gift Card Granny is the most enigmatic member of The Frugals family: A kindly old lady with bifocals, a walker and one mean snickerdoodle recipe. But appearances can be deceiving. Gift Card Granny, the wisest of the brood, devised an ingenious way to defeat overspending with discount gift cards. As she aged, Gift Card Granny realized plastic can be used for more than birthdays and Christmas. The frugal fanatic experimented until she had a breakthrough: Granny discovered gift cards sold at a discount can be used for such everyday purchases as groceries, gas and clothing.

The comparison marketplace is the culmination of Gift Card Granny's money-saving wisdom. It's a cozy place to buy, sell and trade gift cards. Shoppers are guaranteed the deepest discount and protected from Granny's arch-nemesis: buyers remorse. Here you'll find over 15,000 cards from hundreds of merchants in one convenient location. Cards culled from one of six trusted resellers can regularly be found for up to 50% off face value. Like many superheroes, the marketplace has a sidekick: The "sell" section is dedicated to preventing gift cards from becoming dust collectors. Shoppers who no longer want a card can sell it through the website for up to 90% cash back. The comparison function is a simple way to find the best offer from any of the six resellers. The Gift Card Alerts feature is the gray-haired financiers latest endeavor. You can sign up for e-mails alerts, select the gift cards you want and receive an electronic reminder. Every time a coveted new card goes on sale, you'll be among the first to know. Your selection can be changed at any time using an intuitive point-and-click menu.

Despite her modest demeanor, Gift Card Granny is a constant fixture in national publications. She has been seen on CBS's The Early Show, in the ink of The Los Angeles Times, and on the web pages of Walletpop and Mashable.

After explaining what Gift Card Granny is all about, I thought that I would share what cards I follow for discounts.  I get daily emails about these and you can set up many stores under your alerts.

Is it time to turn off the NFL?

Ret. Marine Col. Jeffery Powers wrote to the NFL commissioners the following:

I’ve been a season pass holder at Yankee Stadium, Yale Bowl and the Giants Stadium.

I missed the ’90-’91 season because I was with a battalion of Marines in Desert Storm. 14 of my wonderful Marines returned home with the American Flag draped across their lifeless bodies. My last conversation with one of them, Sgt. Garrett Mongrella, was about how our Giants were going to the Super Bowl. He never got to see it.

Many friends, Marines, and Special Forces Soldiers who worked with or for me through the years returned home with the American Flag draped over their coffins.

Now I watch multi-millionaire athletes who never did anything in their lives but play a game, disrespect what brave Americans fought and died for. They are essentially spitting in the faces and on the graves of real men, men who have actually done something for this country beside playing with a ball and believing they’re something special! They’re not! My Marines and Soldiers were!

You are complicit in this! You’ll fine players for large and small infractions but you lack the moral courage and respect for our nation and the fallen to put an immediate stop to this. Yes, I know, it’s their 1st Amendment right to behave in such a despicable manner.

What would happen if they came out and disrespected you or the refs publicly?

I observed a player getting a personal foul for twerking in the end zone after scoring. I guess that’s much worse than disrespecting the flag and our National Anthem. Hmmmmm, isn’t it his 1st Amendment right to express himself like an idiot in the end zone?

Why is taunting not allowed yet taunting America is OK? You fine players for wearing 9-11 commemorative shoes yet you allow scum on the sidelines to sit, kneel or pump their pathetic fist in the air. They are so deprived with their multi-million dollar contracts for playing a freaking game!

You condone it all by your refusal to act. You’re just as bad and disgusting as they are. I hope Americans boycott any sponsor who supports that rabble you call the NFL. I hope they turn off the TV when any team that allowed this disrespect to occur, without consequence, on the sidelines. I applaud those who have not.

Legends and heroes do NOT wear shoulder pads. They wear body armor and carry rifles.

They make minimum wage and spend months and years away from their families. They don’t do it for an hour on Sunday. They do it 24/7 often with lead, not footballs, coming in their direction. They watch their brothers carted off in pieces not on a gurney to get their knee iced. They don’t even have ice! Many don’t have legs or arms.

Some wear blue and risk their lives daily on the streets of America. They wear fire helmets and go upstairs into the fire rather than down to safety. On 9-11, hundreds vanished. They are the heroes.

I hope that your high paid protesting pretty boys and you look in that mirror when you shave tomorrow and see what you really are, legends in your own minds. You need to hit the road and take those worms with you!

Time to change the channel.

Powers originally sent his letter to former Florida congressman Allen West. West then posted the letter to his news website.

Favorite Music

Music is always a passion to almost everyone nowadays.  I listen to everything from Heavy Metal to Hip-Hop to Pop to Folk Music, everything except for Country music.  When most people sit back and like to listen to Country music for comfort, it just makes me angry.  Then again, Heavy Metal music calms me down.

Within the past few years I purged my music library to get rid of a lot of negative music.  My music library only consisted of Christian artists.  Within the past year or two, I have become more open again and have been exploring some of the secular music, and when I mean secular I mean bands that do not consider themselves a Christian Band.  The swearing in music no longer bothers me, as long as it is used in context to express meaning to something and not just swearing for the fun of it.   Also, as long as the lyrics aren’t being completely negative, talking about using drugs, sleeping with women, etc. then I am up for checking out new music.  So if you are in a band and not listed on my list below, I am willing to check out your music!

I also am a fan of buying music.  No illegal downloading here.  Yes, I do have a Google Play account, but I still buy CD's and T-Shirts of all of my favorite bands!  You can't say you like an artist if you just stream there music for $10 a month on whatever streaming service you use, because that supports the band very little.

Below is a list of my favorite bands in each of my “main” genres.  You can click on their photo to check out their Websites.  All photos are copyright to the band and/or their photographers.

Rock – Disciple

Disciple was one of the first Christian band I listened too, this started back in 2007.  There music has helped me through some rough times and I still love their music today.  I respect what Kevin Young (lead singer) has done with the band over the course of 25+ years spreading the good word of Jesus. I have seen lots of people accept Jesus through his sermons, well not sermons but mid set speech.  Kevin, you happen to read this, I just want to say that you have been playing longer than most of your fans have been alive (joke intended).

Metal – Demon Hunter

Demon Hunter was the first metalcore band CD I bought back in 2008.  That CD was Storm the gates of Hell.  Even though they do not tour much anymore, I try to see them when I can and it seems that they are always swinging by my area of PA.

Metal (new) – Fit For A King

One day when Demon Hunter calls it quits (I hope no time soon), Fit For A King will overtake them as my number 1 Metal band.  I actually found out about them most recently, within the past few years.  Love the message they present in their music and what they stand for.

Hip-Hip – Thi’sl

Thi’sl, just check out his music.  This guy has been through so much in his life, I respect this guy and love what he is doing in his city, and around the world.  I know some of his story; I will not share it because I do not want to get anything wrong.  His lyrics are real and he spreads the message well.

Female Fronted Rock & Metal – The Letter Black

I have been a long time fan of The Letter Black since their original band name Breaking the Slience and their newest CD just knocked it out of the park with making them my #1 female front rock & metal band.  Just check them out!

All the rest of my favorites, these are in alphabetical order with some other categories.  You can click on the band name to see their website / Facebook page.

Ready Player One

I just finished reading, well listening, to Ready Player One.  Before I get too far into my short spoiler free review, I would highly recommend listening to this book over reading it, Wil Wheaten reads it and it is amazing.

Do you like music from the 1980’s?  What about movies from the 80’s? What about video games from the 80’s?  Do you like just one of them or do you like the 80’s culture all together?

Well, Ready Player One is based in the year 2044; the world has been gripped by an energy crisis from the depletion of fossil fuels and the consequences of global warming, causing widespread social problems and economic stagnation. To escape the decline their world is facing, people turn to the OASIS, a virtual reality simulator accessible by players using visors and haptic technology such as gloves. It functions both as an MMORPG and as a virtual society, with its currency being the most stable in the real world. It was created by James Halliday who, when he died, had announced in his will to the public that he had left an Easter egg inside OASIS, and the first person to find it would inherit his entire fortune and the corporation. The story follows the adventures of Wade Watts, starting about five years after the announcement, when he discovers one of the three keys pointing to the treasure.

You might first be thinking, why would I read a book that is all about some game?  The book is more than just about a game.  It is all about an adventure, an adventure through a game with lots of material from the 80’s.  It also is a thriller, action, heck even a love story.  It touched lots of movies, games, music, and more.

As you read/listen to it, you will come to a realization to why the book is called Ready Player One and it is not what you think.

This book was so good; it just left you wanting more.  I was disappointed when it ended, not because how it ended, but because I just want more.  There are articles saying a sequel might be in the works.  There is also a movie in the works that is supposed to be released on March 30, 2018 and it looks promising based on the trailer.

I highly recommend a read, well more of a listen.  You can read and listen to it for free from 2 weeks, Hoopla & Overdrive.  The only thing you need is a library card, which you can get from your local library.  These websites work like your standard library, if someone else has it checked out, you have to wait until they are done and check it back in until you can borrow it.

I am not going to lie, after listening to this I want to hook up my Atari and start playing some old games!  Ready Player One!

'We have staked the whole of all our political Institutions upon the capacity of mankind for Self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to controlourselves, to sustain ourselves according to The Ten Commandments of God.'

Everysession of Congress begins with a prayer by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid by thetaxpayer since 1777.

Fifty-twoof the 55 founders of the Constitution were members of the established Orthodox churches in the colonies..

Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would overstep their authority and instead of Interpreting the law would begin making law an oligarchy the rule of few over many.

Howthen, have we gotten to the point that everything we have done for 220 years in this Country is now suddenly wrong and Unconstitutional?

Lets put it around the world and let the world see and remember what this great country was Built on The Holy Bible and belief in GOD!

If you agree, pass this on

Google's Project Fi - The best switch over I made from Verizon

To make a long story short, Verizon was costing way too much, and I came across Google's Project Fi and thought that I would take a shot and give it a try.  My only problem was that I liked my iPhone, and Project Fi did not support that, but I still figured I would give it a try.  After over a year of being on this plan, it has saved me money, and I went from paying around $150.00 a month for Verizon, to barley breaking $40.00 a month! My current phone is the Nexus 6P, which is an Android phone.

Services are $20.00 per month for unlimited talk and text in USA and some extra charges in over 135 countries.  For data, it is only $10.00 per GB of data that can be used in over 135 countries.  No extra charges when you are traveling abroad (besides for calls).

You also get what you pay for: for example, if you pay $50 for the month ($20 for talk/text and $30 for 3 GB of internet) but only use 2.2 GB of internet, the other $8 will be added to your next bill.  In the end you do not lose what you pay for, unlike those other companies.

I highly recommend this phone plan if you are looking to save money without Contracts!

I would be more than happy to talk to anyone about this service, feel free to Contact us through the Contact form.

To sign up, all you would need to do is join through my referral code, right here, and we both get $20 off our bills after 1 month of service!

Here is some information about Google's Project Fi that is useful in my opinion to learn about the service:

Project Fi is a mobile virtual network operator by Google, providing phone, messaging and data services using both Wi-Fi and cellular networks belonging to Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Three.

Project Fi automatically switches between networks depending on signal strength and speed. It automatically connects to Wi-Fi hotspots with data encryption through an automatic VPN. Phone calls seamlessly transition between Wi-Fi and cellular networks. With all networks combined, Project Fi covers more than 135+ places around the world.

Plans are based on a flat rate, in which a subscription costs $20 per month for unlimited calls and messaging. Money for unused data is credited back to the user's account, while overuse of data costs $10 per gigabyte. A Group Plan, which lets users add members to their subscription, costs an additional $15 per user per month, and offers features including data overview, data notifications, monthly allowances, and the ability to pause users' data usages. A data-only SIM card can be used on supported tablets.

What phones can be used for this plan?

  • Nexus 5X
  • Nexus 6P
  • Pixel
  • Pixel XL

All these phones can be set up for monthly charges if you do not want to pay for them all at once.

Project Fi automatically switches between networks depending on signal strength and speed. It automatically connects to open Wi-Fi hotspots while securing data with encryption through an automatic VPN.  Phone calls, if placed over a Wi-Fi connection, will seamlessly transition to a cellular network if Wi-Fi coverage is lost. Project Fi users can use Google Hangouts on any phone, tablet or computer to call and text.

With all of its networks combined, Project Fi's service covers more than 135+ places around the world.

Plans and a Group Plan:

Monthly plans are flat fee-based,paid at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. It starts at $20 per month for unlimited calls and messaging. Money for unused data is credited back to the user's account, while overuse of data results in a charge of $10 per gigabyte. While outside the United States, cellular phone calls cost $0.20 per minute, data costs $10 per gigabyte, while texting is free.A data-only SIM card can be used on tablets and other compatible devices, including the 2013 Nexus 7, Nexus 9, and iPad Air 2. The devices must be compatible with the T-Mobile network, and users can add up to 9 data-only SIM cards in one account.

A Group Plan, which allows users, referred to as "managers", to add other people, referred to as "members", to their subscription, costs an additional $15 per user. Group Plans let managers view data usage by member, set data notifications, add monthly allowances, and pause members' data usage. In June 2017, Group Plans were updated to feature "Group Repay", in which Project Fi automatically calculates each of the members' individual shares of the bill and allows for easy payments. Such payments can be a fixed amount, an individual's total usage, or only for data usage above the standard data allotment.

Enjoy seamless coverage in 135 countries and territories

Going places? Your plan goes with you automatically — with low voice rates, free texting, and the same data rate you pay at home.

Rates: All 135+ countries in Project Fi’s network include the same great benefits. Such as same rate pricing, high speed data at the same $10/GB, unlimited SMS, and calls for 20¢ / minute.

For Sale: 1979 Dodge Magnum XE

he mid-sized Dodge Magnum lasted only two years before being replaced by the smaller Dodge Mirada. A sporty-looking upscale car, the 1978-79 Magnum still has dedicated followers.
Worldwide Enclosed Door To Door Transportation Along With Low Rate And Long Term Financing Available
The Magnum was sold in two forms; the "XE" and the "GT". It was the last vehicle to use the long running Chrysler B platform. The appearance was somewhat of a rounded off Charger, and was in response to getting a car that would be eligible for NASCAR that would be more aerodynamic, something that the 1975-1978 Charger was not. Styling features included four rectangular headlights behind retractable clear covers, with narrow opera windows, and an optional T-bar or power sunroof. The Magnum was well-featured with power steering, brakes and seats; the suspension included Chrysler's standard adjustable, longitudinal torsion bars, lower trailing links, and front and rear anti-sway bars. The base engine was the 318 cu in V8 with Lean Burn, while two and four-barrel carbureted 360 cu in and 400 cu in V8s were optional; weight was nearly 3,900 lb.
The Magnum had a design for those who grew up in the muscle car era, but who were now family people. After spending my teens and early 20s in R/Ts and Super Bees, Now having a wife and two children and long trips for vacations. Yet, burning inside was the need for something that didn't look like dad's car.
The Magnum had a muscle car look with comfort and room for a family. It sported hideaway headlights, and a sloping nose. Performance wise, the car had a front and rear sway bar, torsion bar suspension, and rear leaf springs. The torsion bar/leaf spring gave the car an edge over coil-spring cars like the Mustang/Camaro.

Yearly Check up for Synovial Chondromatosis

This will be a continuation of the blog I have written, which can be found at for all previous entries.

I have not have surgery on my right knee for this disease since September 2014, now I am at a yearly visit to make sure that the Synovial Chondromatosis disease has not spread / gotten worse and has not turned cancerous.  Each time I go, I get a CT scan done.  I go to a Doctor that is in the Orthopaedic Surgery department at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA.

Had the CT scan done, and long story short, the disease has not grown since last year and is still a benign tumor.  I still have pieces of it floating around in my leg, in front, on the sides, and behind my knee.  The one on the left side of my leg I can move around.  I thought that it was just a piece of scar tissue floating around, but apparently it is the disease moving around that sometimes gets stuck under my tendons.  When it gets stuck, it is very painful and it is sometimes even more painful to move it to a different location, but that is the only way to stop the pain.

My doctor did say that I could have surgery on it to remove those pieces, it would be a day in and out surgery, not like the past 3 I had where I stayed in the hospital for about 4-5 days each.

Going to this doctor is well worth the 3.5 hour drive as he knows what it is, and most other doctors I have to explain to them what this disease really is.

Below is the test results that are from my CT scan on 7/29/2017:

EXAM(S): CT LOWER EXTREMITY WITHOUT CONTRAST RIGHT CLINICAL HISTORY: Age: 28 years . Gender: Male. Stated history: " Neoplasm of uncertain behavior, unspecified" Additional history: None. TECHNIQUE: Multiple contiguous transhelical images were obtained. Data was reformatted in sagittal and coronal plane. COMPARISON: CT right lower extremity dated 06/15/2016 FINDINGS: Bones: There are multiple partially mineralized intra-articular bodies within the knee joint, including the suprapatellar recess, medial and lateral gutters intercondylar notch, and posterior recesses. There also intra-articular bodies within a moderate size popliteal cyst and there is a moderate size joint effusion. Mineralized bodies are most extensive in the posterior and posterior lateral aspects of the joint. Although the number of intra-articular bodies is difficult to compare to the prior since several of these bodies have moved; however many several of these bodies have matured and demonstrate progressive mineralization compared to the prior examination. There is a chronic appearing erosion of the posterior lateral tibial plateau. There are patchy areas of demineralization within the distal femur, similar to prior, likely related to osteopenia. There is moderate medial and lateral compartment osteoarthritis. There are tricompartmental marginal osteophytes. Soft tissues: The quadriceps and patellar tendons are grossly intact. The menisci and cruciate and collateral ligaments are suboptimally evaluated with CT.
